Our scheduling software makes it so easy for you to check the availability of your event, or schedule a headshot session that fits right into your busy schedule! Using the system is easy! (Check the bottom of the page for our most common FAQs!)

  1. Find the event type you’d like to schedule (for example: “Ignite” 1-hour Photo Session) and click on the interactive calendar to scroll through dates and times that are available. Descriptions and cost for each type of session are included right on the calendar!
  2. Grab your preferred appointment and simply enter your email and phone number to receive reminders and updates.
  3. You will receive emails with your client contract (completed prior to shoot) and all other communication with the email you signed up with!
  4. Choose to pay for your session immediately on our payment page, or wait until the day services are rendered.

FAQS

YES! Your time is to use however you see fit. Our packages are all based on time, therefore the session structure is up to you and highly customizable. You can mix things up with product, people and/or places. We work together to advise on this!

We can shoot anywhere! That includes on-site at your business, or in many different indoor spaces depending on the needs of your project. Launch can travel to you with everything needed for a studio shoot (lights, backdrops, etc.) if that is your desired look, and we can travel right to your location!

Yep–you bet! Lead videographer Chantal Roeske holds a master’s degree in business and marketing, and telling the story of your product or business in a captivating way that sells your audience is our jam.

You’ll find you can pay right away if you’d like below, but your payment isn’t due until the day that services are rendered, so if you’d prefer to pay by cash or check, you’re welcome to do that! However, you will need to book your date using our booking software.

We absolutely do! Launch offers a 20% discount to non-profits and educators/educational institutions. We love giving back to the community and we appreciate everything that 501(c)3 organizations and educators do for us. 

Of course! All of our packages include conversation between our lead photographer, Chantal Roeske, and subjects. However, our “Ignite” and “Blaze” packages include a one-hour consultation prior to your shoot that helps to plan all of the awesome details that will make your shoot a great success–from the actual content, to your outfits!

Yes, we do! All of our photos include complimentary light retouching including color correction, clarity and skin softening.  However, extensive skin or body modifications may be requested at an additional cost per image. Please let Chantal know if you have any concerns to begin with!

Absolutely! Nothing could be more convenient than Launch arriving on site with everything needed to create a quick and easy studio right at your workplace. Generally, each employee will require about 10 minutes of shooting time to create high-quality headshots. If you have a staff of 2-3 people, you may be able to achieve this with our smallest package! If you have over 7-8 employees, please contact us for a quote and bulk discount, as we can create a money-saving custom package for you.

We typically deliver fully edited, high-resolution jpeg photos (not raw files) in the style and vein you need, but if your project requires something different, please let us know ahead of time!

All photo and video clients receive commercial usage licensing and Launch Foto retains copyrights to images created.
